Karah Younger has always shown a talent for art. With encouragement from family and friends to practice her passion, she has gained experience over the years pursue her passions been interested in art. After starting on a few different education paths, she has finally found the one that best suits her background and career interests. She has also been able to pivot her craft during this difficult time to expand her style and commissions.

Habitat for Humanity of the Mississippi Gulf Coast will celebrate the grand opening of its second ReStore on Saturday, March 7, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The 16,320 square foot retail space, located at 3176 Bienville Boulevard in Ocean Springs, will be full of new and gently used furniture, appliances, building materials, home décor and more for sale to the public at a fraction of the retail price. Well, we had quite a day at the Pascagoula Kiwanis Club on January 21. The long-time local civic club held a Past Presidents Day to honor those who had served in that capacity over the years, and it was a wonderful moment for those guys and gals, as well as for the club itself.
The Pascagoula Senior Center will again be home to the Pascagoula Senior Center Acting Troupe’s annual showcase. These free performances give attendees a way to experience local theater and see some familiar faces on stage.
