When “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year” fades, many regions across the country are left with gray skies and frigid temperatures. Fortunately, here on the Gulf Coast, the end of the holiday season signals the start of The Happiest Time of the Year, and Downtown Biloxi knows how to RAISE YOUR PULSE!

The one-mile stretch on Howard Ave between Porter Ave and Main Street has seen unprecedented growth over the last few years. Everything from axe throwing a world-class blues bar to vegan food and swank short-term rentals has popped up on Biloxi’s main drag.

The Pinebelt Women’s Expo is hosting their 12th annual expo this year. This special event is brought to you by Emerge Events, a Mississippi event planning business. Mark your calendars for Friday and Saturday, March 1-2, 2024. Friday’s event will run from 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM, and Saturday (the main day) will start at 10:00 AM and end at 3:00 PM. 

While the weather is heating up slightly, it is still winter, and there are still many chilly days to come. Many people in north Mississippi are still snowed in. Southern Mississippians are not snowed in, but many are staying inside to stay warm.
