They should if you are a foodie of any merit! They are all part of the food truck invasion that has hit Jackson County in the past year or so.

Its pretty easy to see how gas station food has evolved over the years, from offering junk food, coffee and maybe a biscuit for breakfast, but today’s foodies and folks on-the-go demand more.

If you are a grits fan, listen up. You can buy fresh ground grits at the Saturday morning fresh market in Ocean Springs .
