The 13th Annual Historic Cemetery Tour, coordinated by the Jackson County Historical and Genealogical Society, will take place at the Krebs Cemetery in Pascagoula on Thursday, Oct 24, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. As in the past, historical figures from the area will be portrayed by local actors, and the La Pointe-Krebs Museum will be available for viewing.

As part of these efforts, the group recognizes the beautification efforts of community members with monthly and annual awards. Annual awards were given last week out to a number of community locations that have made a commitment to beautifying their property.
