McComb, MS — The Pike County Arts Council invites the community to an evening of music, nostalgia, and talent as they present Nights to Remember: A Love Letter to Stage and Screen on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 7:00 PM. The event will take place at the historic State Theatre, located at 222 State Street in downtown McComb.

Tickets are $10, with free admission for Patrons of the Arts, PCAC members, and donor season pass holders.

The show will feature a dynamic lineup of performers, including Aiden Smith, Yazmin Weatherspoon, Colin Calhoun, Maggie McCullough, João Sá, Caroline McCullough, Ellie Lambert, Baylor Harrington, Maggie Lambert, Maddie Ingram, Jake Rutland, Brandon Andrews, Michael Guttuso, and Jayna Young.

Nights to Remember is designed as a heartfelt celebration of the songs and stories that have inspired generations — from beloved Broadway classics to cinematic showstoppers. The evening will include appearances by members and alumni of the State Street Junior Players, showcasing the depth of talent and dedication within the local arts community.

    A Stage with a Story

The State Theatre has been a cultural cornerstone of McComb since it first opened its doors in 1927. Originally built as a movie house, it has since evolved into a gathering place for live performances, community productions, and local arts events. In recent years, the theatre has experienced a revitalization, thanks to community support and a growing appreciation for its historical charm.

Hosting an event like Nights to Remember at the State Theatre is more than just a performance — it’s a celebration of the city’s artistic heartbeat. Through the efforts of the Pike County Arts Council and the enthusiasm of local performers, McComb continues to nurture creativity and keep the arts alive for future generations.
