Twelve Oaks (Gautier)
Built in 1896 by Henry Gautier, this place is allegedly home to several ghosts. According to local lore, there is one ghost man that some believe to be Gautier, a curly-headed old woman, a teenaged girl with a dark bob haircut and a blond-haired young girl.
