Huntington Ingalls Industries’ (NYSE: HII) Ingalls Shipbuilding division moved destroyer Delbert D. Black (DDG 119) to Pier Four on the east bank of the Pascagoula River today, signifying the reopening of a facility decimated in Hurricane Katrina.
