    Five MORE Rocking Gulf Coast Bands – Listen on Spotify – Part II

    Feeling stuck at home? Anthony Crawford of Sugarcane Jane offers some positive words in these trying times, “These are the most relaxing times we will ever have, if you can handle the uncertainty.” 

    Consider this short list of Gulf Coast artists. Stay in and listen to music, fill that free time with some rocking tunes by these Gulf Coast artists. Links provided play on Spotify, but these artists can easily be found on Youtube, ReverbNation, and Facebook.

    Sugarcane Jane, a husband and wife team, their uplifting music is a real good time. Anthony Crawford, a seasoned pro, has been on stage with some of the best bands in the world, playing and recording with legends Neil Young, Steve Winwood, Steve Forbert. His originals shine on their own, take a listen to the latest album, Southern State of Mind.

    Grayson Capps, a story teller, a true American original, with his own passionate gritty sound. His music has been spotlighted in Hollywood films, Straw Dogs and A Love Song for Bobby Long. Grayson often plays with Sugarcane Jane under the name, Willie SugarCapps. Relax with his gripping songs.

    Lisa Mills, delivers a powerful Blues and soul, her voice is the star, a Mississippi VIP. People all over the globe are discovering Lisa Mills as she tours Europe. She is currently in Germany. Stay in, and expose yourself to her wonderful Mississippi songs.

    Honey Island Swamp Band, Aaron Wilkinson and Chris Mulé deliver a unique “Bayou Americana”, a fun and funky sound rooted in New Orleans. Their album Demolition Day is a gem. Kick it back, and let Honey Island Swamp Band take you away.

    Amanda Shaw, a Gulf Coast favorite, she performs with such enthusiastic energy. Amanda gives joy with her fiddle, just hear the party as she plays. Out of New Orleans, and taking over the national stage, truly a Gulf Coast favorite.
