Boys & Girls club hosted a Steak and Steak dinner in Moss Point, which served as a fundraiser and their 25th year anniversary celebration in Jackson County. In attendance were Boys & Girls club alumni from the early 90’s and 2000’s, and guest speaker former NFL star, Andre Reed. The event was to raise funds for club operations and expenses in the coming fiscal year. The Boys & Girls club presented an award to the Jackson County Civic Action in Moss Point, for their 25 years of support to the organization. Additional awards were given to staff, children, and various individuals who have been instrumental in the operation, support, and success of the Boys & Girls Club.
The Boys & Girls club provides after school programs, and summer programs in June and July. The Boys & Girls club provides games, computer labs, activities, community projects and much more for the children who attend.
