Bailey’s Irish Floats
It wouldn’t be St. Patrick’s Day without Bailey’s! The Irish cream liquor is flavored with cream, cocoa and Irish whiskey and is made in Dublin, Ireland. Bailey’s was introduced to the market in 1974. It is the original Irish cream, invented by a team headed by Tom Jago for Gilbeys of Ireland.
Ingredients:
- 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups Guinness beer
- ½ cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
- ¼ cup chocolate syrup
Directions:
Scoop three scoops ice cream each into two tall glasses. Pour 1 cup Guinness and 1/4 cup Baileys over each serving. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serve immediately.
