Belly fat is the most stubborn fat to lose. It is mostly the visceral fat that is stored around the abdominal cavity, which gradually builds up over time.

When it comes to losing belly fat, choosing the right kind of food and a balanced diet can make a greater impact.

Here is a list of 5 best meals to burn the belly fat:

    1.   Vegetable Soup

A bowl of hearty vegetable soup with all your favorite veggies tossed in can be the perfect lunch or dinner. It is low on calories and fat and is packed with protein, which will keep the appetite curbed for a long time. It is easy to make, does not require a calculated amount of ingredients, and is rich in vitamins and nutrients.

    2.   Chicken Wrap

As easy as they are to make, wraps are also fun to eat and can be made in a variety of ways. A good, healthy wrap should be preferably made out of whole-wheat tortilla wraps. The filling can consist of anything as per the liking of the consumer. Different vegetables can be mixed with different proteins and it can be eaten at any point of the day.

    3.   Vegetable Omelette

Eggs are rich in protein, help in maintaining blood pressure, are incredibly low in calories, and give a feeling of satiety. One of the best parts about making an egg omelette is that any form of finely chopped vegetables can be incorporated into the egg mixture. This helps in controlling unregulated cravings and keeps the stomach fuller while keeping within your calorie requirements.

    4.   Avocado Toast

Avocados are a healthy form of monounsaturated fat that must be included in a well-balanced diet. Avocado toasts are delectable, quick and easy to make, and have several health benefits. They are high in fiber so it keeps you full for a good 4-5 hours. It is also rich in essential forms of vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants.

    5.   Greek Salad

Rich in nutrients and low in calories, greek salad provides a healthy dose of all the essential vitamins and healthy supplements required by the body. A greek salad consists of lettuce, feta cheese, olives, cucumbers, and tomatoes, finished with a dressing of olive oil and lemon.

    Conclusion

The most effective way to lose fat faster to get to your goal weight is by going into a calorie deficit. It is important to retain the muscle mass while cutting back on food and keep the body in a healthy state where it is able to metabolize the food faster.

A steady diet comprising the meals mentioned above, along with the right set of exercises and weight training, is the most effective way to burn the belly fat.
