They are high in fiber so it keeps you full for a good 4-5 hours. It is also rich in essential forms of vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants.

    5.   Greek Salad

    Rich in nutrients and low in calories, greek salad provides a healthy dose of all the essential vitamins and healthy supplements required by the body. A greek salad consists of lettuce, feta cheese, olives, cucumbers, and tomatoes, finished with a dressing of olive oil and lemon.

    The most effective way to lose fat faster to get to your goal weight is by going into a calorie deficit. It is important to retain the muscle mass while cutting back on food and keep the body in a healthy state where it is able to metabolize the food faster.
