Ocean Springs’ hottest new housing is open and ready for anyone looking for an upscale experience that’s one-of-a-kind here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. With 95 condos that include amenities galore, as well as 12,000 square feet of retail space all in the same development, The Inlet on Bienville Boulevard is a tempting proposition for anyone who doesn’t want to travel too far from home to have it all.

[penci_blockquote style=”style-2″ align=”none” author=” Tracey Ross, director of sales for The Inlet.” font_weight=”500″ font_style=”normal” text_size=”32″]You can do everything here at The Inlet,[/penci_blockquote]

The Inlet offers its residents a pool, a fitness room, a paddleboard and kayak storage room, and a dog park. Easy access to walking trails and Fort Bayou behind the development means the natural beauty of South Mississippi is right in your backyard. If that’s not enough, the shops on the first floor include 4-Bulls butcher shop and deli, a yoga studio, and the highly anticipated Keg and Barrel restaurant opening in July.
For even more entertainment options, the Inlet is close enough to beloved downtown Ocean Springs shopping, eateries, and festivals so that you can be there in just minutes without having to be in the middle of everything, Ross added.

The developer has owned the land since 2008 and wanted to bring something new to the area. This is one of the first mixed-use developments of this magnitude in the area, Ross said.
The Coronavirus pandemic slowed business down for a little while, as people temporarily delayed plans to move, Ross said, but interest has picked up again in the last week as restrictions have lifted, and units are selling again.  “This type of development is something Ocean Springs needs,” Ross said.
