Mississippi Queens: Four Women Bring Home National and International Titles

Mississippi is celebrating an extraordinary achievement: four women from across the state earned national and international titles at the 2026 International Women of Service and American Women of Service competitions. Together, the delegates captured three International Women of Service titles and one American Women of Service title. Each represented communities across Mississippi while demonstrating a shared commitment to leadership, volunteerism, and service.

The International Women of Service Organization is a nonprofit that empowers women and girls through education, leadership development, and a lifelong commitment to service. Through volunteerism and community engagement, members work to create positive change while encouraging personal and professional growth.

Phoebe Harris of Madison, Mississippi, was crowned 2026 International Women of Service Classic.

“From the scars on my arms to the crown on my head – turning a lifetime of trauma into Service,” shared Harris.

A service leader, mental health advocate, keynote speaker, published writer, and founder of Dorm Divas, Harris has dedicated her life to transforming adversity into service. After surviving childhood trauma, multiple suicide attempts, and domestic violence, she now speaks openly about mental health and resilience while encouraging others to use their own stories to serve their communities.

Macy Claire Morris of Madison, Mississippi, was crowned 2026 International Women of Service Young Teen.

“During my year of service, I want to encourage volunteerism, build confidence in young people, and represent the International Women of Service Organization,” shared Morris.

In addition to earning the international title, Morris received Overall Casual Wear, Second Overall Talent, and the Bronze Community Service Award, recognizing both her performance throughout the competition and her dedication to serving others.

Alanha Dukes of Johnson, Mississippi, was crowned 2026 Mrs. International Women of Service.

“My service platform is “Progress Over Perfection,” shared Dukes. “It focuses on promoting mental health advocacy within the education system. As a teacher, I believe every student deserves to be seen, supported, and encouraged to prioritize both their academic success and emotional well-being.”

A dedicated educator, military spouse, proud daughter of a service member, and mother of two, Dukes is passionate about serving her community through education, leadership, and advocacy.

Kinadee Lee Long of Philadelphia, Mississippi, was crowned 2026 American Women of Service Teen.

“My service platform, “Shine a Light on SIDS,” was inspired by the loss of my infant cousin,” shared Long. “I hope to educate families on safe sleep practices, advocate for SIDS awareness, and encourage others to transform personal loss into meaningful action.”

Long is a senior at Neshoba Central High School and is actively involved in FFA, competitive shooting sports, and community service.

Each titleholder has a unique story and platform, yet all share the same mission: using their voices and their titles to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.  Over the next year, each will volunteer their time to advocate for causes close to their hearts within their communities and encourage Mississippians of all ages to discover the impact one person can have through service.
