Mississippians continue to be featured on the Food Network.
Two Sundays ago, Mississippi Valley State student Corterrius Allen competed on the network’s Halloween Wars. Tonight, Enrika Williams of Jackson will be going head-to-head against celebrity chef Bobby Flay.
Williams, who is chef and owner of Fauna Foodworks at The District at Eastover, went to her Facebook to encourage people to tune in and see if she can beat Flay.
