The Kiwanis Club of Pascagoula will be hosting their fundraiser tonight at the The Grand Magnolia from 6:00-8:00 pm. Taste of Spirits is Kiwanis’ third annual fundraiser, featuring a night filled with mystery and fun. Guests will be able to sample alcoholic beverages with a variety of hors do’oeuvres and enjoy networking with other festivities. There will also be live music from The Excelsior Band.
The Kiwanis Club of Pascagoula was chartered in 1945. Since its existence the club has been a driving force in improving and serving the community of Jackson County, MS. Their main efforts include donating books and needed items for the schools and various organizations who serve the children of Jackson County.
All proceeds from this year’s Taste of Spirits fundraiser will go towards helping to buy books for the 2nd graders, dictionaries for the 3rd graders, and AEDs for each school in the community.
Tickets are $40 for one person or $65 for two people.
