The beautiful, four-diamond Beau Rivage invites everyone to “Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler” this Mardi Gras season. Gorgeously decorated with a Mardi Gras theme, it’s the hub of Biloxi’s fabulous “Mardi Pardi” and is the ideal location to watch the Fat Tuesday parade.

With the best parade views on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, guests will also find The Town Green and MGM stadium across the street, where many also gather for the parade while other Mardi Gras celebrations are in full force.

“People from all over the country descend upon Beau Rivage for Coastal Mississippi’s annual Mardi Gras celebration,” said Director of Communications, Mary Cracchiolo Spain. “We embrace the season and enjoy offering visitors and locals a variety of Mardi Gras-themed specials and promotions. Our incredibly talented Executive Pastry Chef Patti Kallinikos is not only preparing traditional King Cakes but she also created a decadent King Cake Cream Puff for a single-serving twist on the holiday classic. Also new this year is the King Cake Latte available at The Roasted Bean and a King Cake daiquiri that is being offered at The Daiquiri Shop, our new “pop up” style restaurant serving quick bites and frozen beverages.”

Practice your best “Throw Me Something, Mister” and put on your purple, green and gold for Party Gras at Beau Rivage. In addition to premier viewing for the Fat Tuesday parade on Feb. 21, Beau Rivage will offer guests an “all-you-can-eat-all-day” Mardi Gras menu at The Buffet, King Cakes and special King Cake Cream Puffs at The Roasted Bean, a Mardi Gras pop-up menu and King Cake Daiquiris at The Daiquiri Shop, fun Mardi Gras specialty items at Bellini Gifts and a Party Gras T-shirt giveaway.

“We are thrilled to offer local residents and visitors a classic Gulf Coast Mardi Gras experience with fun for the entire family,” said MGM Resorts Southeast Operations President and COO Brandon Dardeau. “We continue our tradition of celebrating Mardi Gras Beau Rivage-style with entertainment, activities and giveaways.”
    Schedule of Events

The Buffet at Beau Rivage will offer an all-day (8:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.), unlimited access bracelet available for $49.99 per person on Fat Tuesday, Feb. 21. Breakfast will be served until 11 a.m., with lunch and dinner served until 9 p.m. Louisiana fare will be featured, including Crawfish, Boiled Shrimp, Seafood Gumbo, Bananas Foster, King Cake and Herb Crusted Prime Rib. Individual pricing at The Buffet will be $34.99 all day for adults and $19.99 for children ages 6-12 for those not purchasing the unlimited access bracelet. Children 5 and under eat free.

From Feb. 1 – 21, The Roasted Bean offers a taste of local tradition with house-made special King Cake Cream Puffs for $7, King Cake Lattes and Cakes. King Cakes are $21 and are filled with Cream Cheese, Bananas Foster, Cinnamon Cream Cheese or Cherry Cream Cheese.
Beau Rivage’s newest dining venue, The Daiquiri Shop, will be open extended hours on Fat Tuesday. From 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., guests can enjoy a pop-up menu with Mardi Gras favorites such as Voodoo Eggrolls, Crawfish Etouffee, Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya and Seafood Gumbo. Along with a signature King Cake Cream Puff, a King Cake Daiquiri will also be available on Fat Tuesday. Revelers can grab their favorite frozen concoctions with or without alcohol to enjoy on the parade route, the patio or as they try their luck on the casino floor. Situated along the Gulf Coast Carnival Association parade route, Beau Rivage’s patio and front gardens make a fantastic location for parade viewing with your krewe.

On the casino floor, guests who earn 300 MGM Rewards points on Feb. 20 or 21 may print a gift voucher at any MGM Rewards promotional kiosk to redeem for a Beau Rivage Party Gras t-shirt. Vouchers are redeemable at the Events Desk located in the slot tournament area between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. during the promotion dates.
Bring the krewe and join the party in coastal Mississippi at Beau Rivage this Mardi Gras season.
