It is May Madness at the Pascagoula River Audubon Center in Moss Point, Mississippi, but it has nothing to do with athletics and everything to do with enjoying nature. PRAC is holding a May Membership Madness event and offering annual Family Memberships at a discounted rate of $50, which is a discount of $20.

Joining with a Family Membership pass opens the door to enjoy the scenic bayou habitat, invest in bayou conservation, and receive discounted prices on various Center events. The goal for this drive is to enlist 50 new family memberships.

The Family Membership is valid for one year and is for families of two adults and all children living in a single household. Membership has its perks! The most significant benefits include an invitation to a members-only BBQ Block Party at the Center, free entry to a variety of educational programs led by guest speakers, discounts in the gift shop, and discounts to children’s summer camp – just to name a few.

While PRAC bares a national name, its programs and operations are funded 100% locally. With an annual membership, members have the satisfaction of making a difference in the conservation of local natural history paired with the many benefits that come along with ensuring PRAC will be in the community for generations to come.

You can purchase your new Family Membership online by clicking “Join” at https://pascagoula.audubon.org/ or drop by the Center in Moss Point.
