On the last week of July, we will be celebrating Christmas in July here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

We celebrate Christmas a few months early to remind everyone that need has no season. The Salvation Army works hard all year to Do the Most Good but the time we shine is during the Christmas season.

Spirits are high during the holidays and that the season of giving will be upon us soon. We ask the community to keep that same spirit of giving all year long since the needs of the underprivileged community does not stop after the holidays.

As students begin going back to school, the Mississippi Gulf Coast Salvation Army locations will have kettles and school supply donation boxes available the week of July 26th – July 30th, 2021.

These donating sites will be available during business hours at five Salvation Army locations on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We ask that the community open their hearts and donate to help those in need.

The locations of the kettles include:

    • Biloxi Kroc Center (575 Division Street Biloxi, MS 39530)
    • Gulfport Outreach (2019 22nd Street Gulfport, MS 39501)
    • Gulfport Family Store (8405 US 49 Gulfport, MS 39501)
    • Lucedale Family Store (52 Virginia St # B Lucedale, MS 39452)
    • Pascagoula Social Services (3217 Nathan Hale Ave. Pascagoula, MS 39501)

We will accept all types of school supplies for all age groups. These school supplies will be
distributed to families throughout the coast who might struggle to afford adequate school
supplies. School supplies must be new and unused.

All monetary donations will be put towards the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center
Scholarship Fund. These funds help children in your local area receive access to higher
    education.
