The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce today announced that Paige Roberts has been selected to serve as its next President & Chief Executive Officer.  Roberts will join the Chamber in late May and will succeed Carla Todd Voda, who previously announced her retirement.

“Paige’s broad experience, contagious energy and unwavering commitment to Jackson County make her an ideal fit for this position,” said Jackson County Chamber of Commerce Chairman and Mississippi Power Area Manager Cedrick Hurd. “I would like to thank Carla Todd Voda for her enduring legacy of leadership and recognize the committee for conducting a thorough search to continue building on Jackson County’s momentum and growth.”

Roberts owns and manages E.P.I.C. Enterprises, LLC, which coordinates the popular Pathways2Possibilities career expo for 8th grade students.  She is a co-founder of P2P, and has been instrumental in helping the event grow from a single event on the Mississippi Gulf Coast to multiple events across Mississippi and South Carolina.  Roberts previously worked in a variety of roles with the American Red Cross and the Pascagoula-Gautier School District.  She has received countless awards and recognition for her efforts, including:  the Mississippi Association of Partners in Education Governor’s Award, the Lighthouse Business Professional Women Achievement Award for Nonprofits and Parent of the Year for the Pascagoula-Gautier School District.  Roberts is a graduate of Leadership Mississippi and the Mississippi Gulf Coast Business Council’s Master’s Program.  She is actively involved in volunteer service to numerous civic, charitable and community organizations across the Mississippi Gulf Coast, including the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce.  Roberts holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Missouri – Columbia and a Masters of Public Administration Degree from the University of Southern California.
