Waterparks can be found throughout several of the state’s regions and are a fantastic option when it comes to beating the heat. Part of Buccaneer State Park, this 4.5-acre water park overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and includes several slides, a wave pool, snack bar, and more! Enjoy the views!
Gulf Islands Water Park, Gulfport
Whether you’re looking to ride some slides or catch a few rays, Gulf Islands Water Park has got you covered. The island-themed park features a relaxing lazy river, cabanas, thrilling slides, and water rides, such as the Camille Cutter, a rafting adventure, and the Horn Island Blaster – the Gulf Coast’s only water rollercoaster.
The Aquatic Center at the Kroc Center, Biloxi
Located inside Biloxi’s Kroc Center, this indoor water park is a great place to spend a summer day – rain or shine. It’s perfect for all ages and all kinds of Mississippi weather. There is something for everyone here, including a water slide, splash pad, lazy river, and a pool.
This all-in-one water park, RV park, and campground is the perfect family destination. The Wet-n-Wild water park consists of Yogi’s Water Town, a swimming pool, splash playground, and a beach.
Grand Paradise Waterpark, Collins
Located in Collins, this water park sits on seven acres and is full of fun! The park features several slides that are perfect for adventure seekers. Slides such as “The SuperLOOP,” a speed slide with an 80-degree drop, and the “MultiBUMP Splash Drop,” which sends riders down a series of vertical drops, are sure to thrill! For those not interested in thrill-seeking, don’t worry, there’s a nice, relaxing lazy river too.
Perfect for all those nature lovers out there, this 25-acre park is located four miles south of D’Lo on Rials Creek. There aren’t any waterslides here, but the park does feature a beautiful waterfall, an old-fashioned swimming hole, and a sand and rock creek-side beach. Rials Creek is spring-fed, meaning the water is nice and cold all year long.
This seasonal lakeside beach is located in The Hub City. Complete with waterslides, canoeing, mini-golf, and cabins to stay in, Pep’s Point is a perfect family getaway with tons of water fun!
Meridian East / Toomsuba KOA Journey, Toomsumba
Although not technically a waterpark, this serene campground provides quaint cabins for visitors and a giant WATERSLIDE in the middle of the woods. Campers come from near and far to enjoy the beauty of Toomsuba and take a ride down the waterslide while cooling off in the pool!
