After the success of last year, Third Fridays is returning to downtown Pascagoula beginning this Friday.
“Third Fridays is a monthly event on the third Friday of each month in downtown Pascagoula with the long-term goal of spurring night-time business throughout the week,” said Ravin Flood, Public Relations Specialist for the city of Pascagoula.
Third Fridays will feature live music, local artists, activities, and and community partner boots with downtown stores and restaurants open with sales and specials.
“May’s theme is wheels, so everything that uses wheels,” Floyd explained. “Friday’s event will have a bike rodeo, the Mississippi Rollergirls, Corvette Classic Car Club, pottery wheel demonstration, and so much more. Also, Scranton’s, Downtown Jazz Club, Whimsy, Jack’s by the Tracks, and Off the Hook will have specials that involve wheels.”
The event will take place from 5-8 p.m. in downtown Pascagoula.
