Instead of a column this week, I am going to share with you some of my favorite food photos from 2020. It has been a tough year for everyone, and the restaurant community has suffered too, but most are hanging in there. They have had to make menu adjustments, downsizing most of the time, to reduce inventories and costs, but some have been pretty creative as well, adding comfort food, and some great take-out specials.

Here are photos of some of my favorite dishes from some of my favorite places.

Thirty-Two, on the top floor of the IP Casino is amazing food, with a stunning view, and passionate chef and staff that take excellence to a higher level. The photo is of lamb chops on their winter menu.
