Located inside the White House hotel, Cora’s has wonderful hand-crafted martinis. My personal favorite is the lemon drop, but the bartenders can make pretty much any kind you desire. Cora’s has a great atmosphere to stop by for a drink before dinner, after dinner, or to meet someone for a date. Enjoy the gorgeous lobby while relaxing in the boutique hotel vibe.

Maison de Lu is a great martini spot for friends to gather and catch up with. The elegant setting is great for outdoor sitting and sipping and offers various martinis including the Black and Blue Martini (top shelf vodka shaken with vermouth, garnished with bleu cheese stuffed olives), the French 75 Martini (Hendrix Gin, fresh lemon, simple syrup, shaken with champagne float and sugared rim), and the Cucumber Martini (Hendrix Gin, St. Germain elderflower liquor, shaken with fresh lemon and cucumber).

I’m sure you could have assumed by the name, but Martini’s in Biloxi makes a very good martini. They have a great menu to choose from with the drinks being named after different musicians. One of my favorites is the Bruno Mars Martini, which is a classic take on the appletini and consists of vodka, apple pucker, and sweet and sour mix. Or try the B. B. King Martini, which is a chocolate martini with vanilla vodka, crème de cocoa, Godiva liquor, as well as half and half.

Inside the Beau Rivage Casino, Eight 75 has a fabulous key lime pie martini that is a must-try for anyone interested in dessert martinis. Eight 75 keeps up with the latest and newest martini drink trends and always has cool ones to try out. The drink menu tends to change seasonally, but bartenders can typically whip up what you want. Try the Blueberry Lemon Drop or the Sangria Martini (peach schnapps, pineapple juice, simple syrup, fresh lime).

Half Shell Oyster House in Gulfport and Biloxi is home to what I consider to be a perfectly hand-crafted martini. My all-time favorite is the Pink Pearl Martini made with Pearl pomegranate vodka, Pama liquor, a splash of grapefruit juice, house-made sweet and sour mix, and topped off with a sugar rim. The Cajun Oyster Martini is great for bloody mary fans and made with Ketel One vodka, Zing Zang bloody mary mix poured on top of an oyster with a dash of horseradish, garnished with a Creole seasoned rim, lemon, and an olive. The Caramel Apple Martini is a great dessert martini, perfect to indulge in this time of year. Made with Smirnoff Caramel Kiss vodka, apple pucker, and sweet and sour, this one is garnished with a caramel apple slice.
