Temperatures are increasing, and summer is coming quickly, so you may be considering what activities may be fun to do on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The great thing about a lot of these activities is that they don’t cost anything. The Mississippi Gulf Coast has a variety of activities that involve water and cooling off this summer as well as many other activities that will keep you and the kids entertained!

Water Activities

1. Beaches

Well, this one is definitely obvious. However, it is free to go to (except for Ship Island Excursions), and it is relaxing! 2. Splash pads

3. Gulf Islands Waterpark

In addition, there are other family-friendly entertainment shows. Past performances included sea lion shows, live bands, and many others. When you buy tickets at the gate, the cost is $44.99 for those who are 42″ and teller and $29.99 for those who are under 42″. There are regular season passes available for $54.99, where you can have unlimited visits for the whole summer.

4. Parasail Adventures in Biloxi

In Biloxi, you can book a parasailing trip starting at $75 a person. The tour lasts about an hour and a half, which includes leaving the harbor, the ride to the parasailing point, the parasailing, and the trip back. This company does parasailing trips 7 days a week from 10-5 pm as long as weather permits.

5. North Star Sailing Charters

These charters are for up to 6 passengers on a 2006 40′ Catalina Sailboat or a 2002 31′ Catalina Sailboat. This company offers scenic cruises, half-day, or full-day charters. The hours for charters are not set and are customizable to your needs and wants.
